Baltic Birch plywood has traditionally only been available in a 5’x5′ sheet format. Over the past ten years, the majority of new investments in Russian Birch plywood mills have been in adding new 4’x8′ production lines. Today we offer a wide range of thickness in a 10’x5′ format to allow our customers even greater flexibility in design and production. These large format Baltic Birch plywood panels are produced with whole piece veneer layup and are never scarf jointed. Our 10’x5′ panels are produced with a no-added-Urea-formaldehyde, Phenolic resin, the same glue used in all of our marine plywood panels.
